Physical Education

Physical Education is a priority in our school curriculum because it is part of developing rounded individuals and helps lead to our community’s physical health and mental wellbeing. The range of skills taught develops students' competence and confidence to take part in a variety of physical activities that become a central part of their lives, both in and out of school. Our aspirational, high-quality PE curriculum enables all students to enjoy and succeed in many kinds of physical activity including individual, partner and team sports.

We are committed to improving outcomes for all pupils through delivering a FRESH PE curriculum which is dynamic, fun and meaningful, in a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment with high standards and offer opportunities that everyone can achieve.

We yearn to develop lifelong skills which will enable all students to be resilient, respectful and successful citizens of the future. By offering a range of KS1 and KS2 after-school clubs, our students can continue to enjoy the expansive school grounds, whilst our experienced sports coaches can continue to promote understanding, teamwork and responsibility.
