House Captains / Prefects

House Captains

At the beginning of the term House Captains were chosen from Year 6.  These students prepared speeches to present to the rest of the school and after a campaign manifesto, elections were held.  House Captains are responsible for planning and leading House competitions, such as the recent colouring competition. They count up the house points each week and most importantly dress Top Dog each week in the winning house colours!

 This year’s House Captains are:

  •          Dinnets - Marcus Dale and Charlie Gardner
  •          Orchard - Habib Oki and Tarun Vijayakumar
  •          Putnams - Sophie Dell and Liam Dunn

 School Prefects

Our school prefects are selected from Year 6 pupils following successful interviews and allocations of job descriptions.  They have all agreed to be excellent role models, positive advocates of our wonderful school and to be impartial, encouraging and safety aware.  They have the privilege to award fifteen house points each week should they notice fellow pupils walking sensibly around the school, being particularly kind and caring or generally paying extra attention to our three Golden Rules: Respect Ourselves, Respect Each Other and Respect Property.  The calibre of applicants for the role was extremely high and both those selected on this occasion and the Reserve Prefects should be very proud of the thought and effort they put into it.

This year’s School Prefects are: Charlotte Miller, Nimah Morgan, Blair Strevens and Shaun Withanage.
